eSRCL eServices run on Window operating systems. Recommended system requirements are :

1) I1) IE version 7 and above

2) Setup for Compatibility

3) setup for Turning off pop-up - blocker.

How to setup Compatibility View


  1. Go to Tools -> tick on Compatibility View



  1. Go to Toos -> Compatibility View Settings


       




  1. Type ‘Rclgroup.com’  and click on Add



  1. Click on Close
